That’s why we use a plan-to-go fee—a $50 commitment that demonstrates your intent to move forward with using our services. If you book your trip with us within 14 days, that fee is applied to your final balance. If you choose not to proceed, the fee helps cover a small fraction of the time and effort we’ve already put into planning your trip.
While $50 doesn’t reflect the true value of the work we do or the time we spend crafting your travel plans, it allows us to balance fairness and accessibility.
This nominal fee ensures that we can focus on clients who are ready to book, while giving each traveler the attention and care they deserve.
